All tokens, coins and notes are guaranteed genuine. All items are subject to prior sale. All information which you supply us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, credit card information, and other personal information, must be truthful and accurate. We respect your privacy and promise to safeguard the confidentiality of your information. However, in the event that we suspect fraudulent or otherwise unlawful activity, we reserve the right to supply your information to law enforcement agencies.
If a token, coin or note is given a grade by Jetons Canada we don’t guarantee the grade that a grading company or anyone else might give it or not, whether it is higher or lower, with problems or not. We always try our best to give the correct grade and condition we believe the piece is in.
From time to time Jetons Canada may revise the Terms of Use. Revised terms will be posted to the Site and are effective immediately. By using the Site after we have revised the Terms of Use you will be deemed to have accepted the revisions and will be bound by the revised Terms of Use.
Payment :
All prices listed on this website are in Canadian Dollars.
Sales tax apply to all items delivered in Canada, appropriate GST/HST will be charged. To all lots delivered in Quebec PST of 9.975% will be added.
Jetons Canada does not charge Sales Tax for US or International orders. However International orders may be subject to duties and/or taxes and/or brokerage charges and or fees may apply at your destination. Buyer is the sole responsible for paying all foreign imposed taxes, duties, brokerage charges, fees, etc.
There are several ways to pay for your purchases including Interac e-Transfer (EMT) . Many credit cards are accepted as well. Cash can also be an option, checks, cashier’s checks, and money orders are accepted as well.
Before we mail the item(s) the invoice will have to pay in full. Payment will be expected immediately after purchases. For slower means of payment we will allow more time for payment to arrive. We might have to wait for cheques to clear before shipping the purchases.
Returns Policy :
Seven-day return privilege for any reason. We do not refund original shipping costs.
Returns must be in their original holders, unaltered, unopened, and with no writing anywhere on the item. Altered returns will incur a 10% restocking fee. Jetons Canada reserves the right to refuse the return request if the piece is altered in any way.
A piece taken out of a slab such as ICCS, PCGS, NGC, ANACS, PMG, CCCS, BCS or any other grading companies will not be accepted. An item refers to a coin, token, banknote, script or a lot of the previously mentioned including holders and slabs.
We will take responsibility for items that are incorrectly attributed thus refund return shipping cost.
Any lot found to be of questionable authenticity by a recognized numismatic expert (i.e. an auction firm, a well known coin dealer, curator or grading company) may be returned for a full refund, at any time, by the original purchaser only.
Lots with multiple coins are sold as a group only, individual items may not be returned. However, complete lots may be returned intact if you are not overall satisfied with the lot. Same conditions apply for these lots as stated above.
Shipping:
No shipping charge applies to Canada and USA addresses. To other International orders the cost may varies depending on what destination is selected and what items is purchased. We always try to have most reasonable shipping cost.
Order below 60$ will usually be sent by Canada Post without a tracking number. Above that it will usually be sent using a tracking number.
Most of the time a shipping option can be upgraded at the buyer’s expense and on request. Price will differ from the check-out from the website and will have to pay in full before we mail the item(s).
All International shipments are sent at buyer’s risk. Inquire if some kind of insurance is available to your destination if you desire it. The cost of the insurance will be added after as another invoice as it won’t be available during the check-out on the website.
