It was created from a section of the Northwest Territories along with Saskatchewan.<\/font><\/div>\n<div><font size=\"4\" face=\"Arial\"><br \/><\/font><\/p>\n<div><font face=\"Arial\" size=\"4\">D. Ross purchased his cutlery and silverware from the Pick Co. in Chicago. This example has a different reverse than the Temple example from the Fall 2012 Sale Lot # 794.&nbsp;The scallop spoon is on the left and has no table under the spoons and goblet. The D.
