Possibly the nicest out there. Without a doubt the finest one between all the ones from the last 45 years in public sales (The one from Robins\/McKay-Clements and one more from Partrick\/Baker).<\/div>\n
Baker himself noted the following :”This piece seems to be far superior to the other.” I agree with that statement. Much nicer overall to the two others.<\/div>\n
It is worth noting that all the three sold since Robins have a different die axis. This one has a UP\/UP orientation.<\/div>\n
A paper from Baker(probably his as it is not Partrick’s writing) mentions the edge to be “crudely milled”, I have not had the pleasure to handle the token in my hands outside the slab but with my observation through the plastic I did not come to the same conclusion as him. HA’s cataloger also noted that it was plain.<\/div>\n
