Vlack 350. Rarity-1. Very Fine, a contemporary counterfeit issue struck in copper, with no trace of silvering on either side (the variety is also known on fully silvered planchets). This is the most commonly-seen of the Sous Marques issues, and by far the most common of the varieties bearing this date \u2013 this is interesting because it suggests that the counterfeiters were able to strike more coins from a single die pair than the Paris mint often could! Light brown, the surfaces with a few scattered marks from circulation, but overall attractive.
