  Avers: STVDEAT VIRTVTI, Minerve debout de face, tenant de chaque main une couronne royale, sur un écu ovale aux armes de France, accosté de deux C croisés. La bordant à sa base, deux cornes d’abondance.

  Rev.: FORTVNA VARIABILIS, Fortune assise à droite sur sa roue, tenant une faux et une clef. Devant elle, le Temps ailé courbé à terre et enchaîné.
