Description
Silver gaming jeton (token or also silver counter), from the Sovereigns of England Series. Struck circa 1635-1637. Because of the legend I am tempted to say the obverse is Charles II as Prince of Wales but it looks like a woman seating. I wasn’t able to find the obverse (I don’t own the book from Mitchiner).
Same reverse as Mitchiner, Jetons p. 1675, 35.
